Rover doesn't goes into DGNSS mode. (M8P -2)

Following the document "C94-M8P-Appboard-Setup_Presentation_(UBX-16009772)", I configure the rover side GPS as "portable" mode. Then I sent RTCM message to it, it was still in 3D fix mode, and doesn't goes into "3D/DGNSS" mode mentioned by the document. Should I configure more for this?


And no UBX-RXM-RTCM item in message view...

More informarion, after enable UBX-MON-MSGPP, I can see the message from UART1 is paserd as USER0, but not RTCM3.

Really? But our technical support told us that the -2 can be used as base OR rover by set "Dynamic Model" in CFG-NAV5.

And it is also shown in datasheet. Could you pls confirm it?

NEO-M8P-2 can be used as base and rover. I use the C94 and also have two NEO-M8P-2 one on each board and they work fine as base and rover for me. I can enter the fix mode!
Do you configure them following "C94-M8P-Appboard-Setup_Presentation_(UBX-16009772).pdf"? I would like to know at the rover side, what did you do besides setting "Dynamic Model" to be "portable" in CFG-NAV5?
yes according to that "C94-M8P-Appboard-Setup_Presentation_(UBX-16009772).pdf". But it did not worked for me first cause I used different baud rates. keep in mind to use 9600 baud every where. And 1Hz as RATE if you change those you have to change it also at the radio module. Moreover I set the UART1 protocol in and out to RTCM3 on both rover and base not quite sure if that is needed. on both but it worked for me.

RTCM 3.0 message captured from station GPS, for our wireless commucation is not available now, I sent them by PC UART directly. Data as below, and sent repeatly.
Should I add some header? Or other changes?

I think the RS232 input to the board goes over the radio link, and not into the M8P. You could try piping the data in via the USB port, or with a Ground Side 3DR Radio module.

Actually, I sent them by PC-UART to M8P UART, and I also tried via USB port, but still the same result, they are parsed as USER0, not RTCM3.
And I show the firmware version and module mark, pls help to check if OK?

Based on the picture below you have a base unit and not a rover - NEO-M8P-2 is a base unit.

You need NEO-M8P-0 that is a rover

No, M8P-2 is capable for the base and the rover, M8P-0 is only for rover.
